Cancellation Policy or Event Postponement

Please note that huddl reserves the right to cancel or postpone events. If an event does not take place on the advertised date, if possible, we will reschedule the event for a later date. In such cases, your event registration will be automatically moved to the new event date. If you cannot make the rescheduled event date, you will receive a refund of the full ticket price (if applicable).

 

If you are unable to attend an event and wish to cancel your registration, tickets may be canceled up to 2 days before the event for a full refund (if applicable).  Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable. To cancel a registration, please contact hello@huddl.nz.

 

Photography

huddl workshops and events may be photographed. By attending, you consent to your image potentially being used across huddl’s marketing channels. If you have any concerns or wish to be excluded from event photos, please contact us at hello@huddl.nz prior to the event and we would be happy to discuss.  On the day of the event, you can also inform the event staff.

Code of Conduct

huddl is committed to creating high-quality events within a safe and respectful environment for all attendees and presenters to share knowledge, express their opinions, and network.  We expect all attendees to behave in a manner that is harassment-free and respectful of others. Any attendee found violating this standard may be asked to leave the event, and their registration may be voided without a refund (if applicable). 

This Code of Conduct also extends to online behavior. Offensive comments, questions, or posts on huddl’s online or social media platforms may be removed at huddl’s discretion.

Your registration details may be shared with the host venue or event partners, if necessary, to facilitate event logistics. huddl will handle your personal information in accordance with its data protection policies, ensuring it is not shared or used for any purpose beyond the event.
