Strategic Planning

Strategic Planning 3200 x 1600 px

A clear strategic plan can help your organisation stay focused, make good decisions, and strengthen the impact of your work.

Join us for a workshop to introduce the fundamentals of strategic planning. Designed specifically for community groups and for purpose organisations, this session will cover:

  • Understand what a strategic plan is and why it matters.
  • How to identify your purpose, vision, and values
  • Setting strategic priorities and measurable goals
  • How to translate those goals into an action plan

You’ll leave with templates, tools, and a clear starting point to help get started on your strategic plan.
