huddl Partners with Alexandra Community House

huddl is pleased to announce a new partnership with Alexandra Community House to enhance the delivery of its programmes in Central Otago, with a focus on the communities of Alexandra, Māniatoto, and the Teviot Valley.
This partnership follows an Expression of Interest process conducted by huddl earlier this year to identify local organisations with the connections, capability, and passion to support community organisations in Central Otago.
huddl is a collaborative initiative launched to strengthen and support community groups, non-profits and charitable organisations across Central Otago and Queenstown Lakes. It works alongside local groups to build capability and capacity, providing practical tools, mentoring, training and guidance to help organisations become more sustainable and effective.
“We know Central Otago communities are diverse, each with its own strengths and unique challenges”, says Fiona Reeve, Project Lead at huddl. “huddl is committed to taking a tailored approach that reflects the unique needs of each community. This partnership will ensure that support is targeted, relevant, and delivered by people who understand the local context.” Mrs Reeve adds, “Alexandra Community House is already deeply connected in the region, so it is an ideal fit. Their insight and relationships on the ground will be invaluable as we continue to deliver training, mentoring, and support opportunities across the area.”
Carole Gillions, Manager of Alexandra Community House, says, “Alexandra Community House is excited to begin this partnership with huddl and we look forward to seeing positive, lasting outcomes for community groups across the region.”
