huddl and Volunteer South warmly invite all local non-profit and community groups to a workshop in Ranfurly, looking at the lifecycle of your board. Join us for a chance to:

  • Find out how to attract new board members and welcome them so they feel confident and can contribute from day one.
  • Get tools to help identify the skills and strengths your board already has, and where the gaps might be.
  • Gain tips for succession planning to make sure your group keeps running smoothly.
  • Connect and network with other local community organisations.

Location: Māniatoto Arts Centre, 3 Reade St, Ranfurly
