Finance 101 for Non Profit Board Members

McCulloch Partners Workshop Website tile

As a non-profit board member, you play a critical role in overseeing your organisation's financial health and you are responsible for ensuring that funds are used appropriately and effectively.  huddl has partnered with McCulloch & Partners to create a free workshop to help bring you up to speed and help you better understand the basics.

This course is designed to help participants become comfortable reading and interpreting financial statements.  We'll explore key financial indicators (like cash flow and solvency), and outline critical questions board members should ask management teams. Plus, we'll clarify the distinctions between management and governance concerning financial oversight and decision-making.
